The Regional Council meeting schedule for 2025 is below.

All meetings start at 6:30 pm and are held in the Bear Pit Council Chambers at Municipal Hall (5319 – 50th Avenue South, Fort Nelson) and via Zoom. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, except for July, August, and December where there is one meeting per month. Remembering a Firefighter’s Dedication and Service

It is with great sadness that we relay news of the passing of one of our dedicated firefighters, while travelling outside of the community to visit family for Christmas. This member served Fort Nelson and the Northern Rockies with unwavering commitment and bravery, embodying the spirit of service that defines the profession.  Our deepest condolences go out to our Fire Rescue Department, the member’s family, loved ones, and friends.
